Family day at lunch - We’re excited to announce that Family Day at Lunch for students in Mrs. Kirkbride’s class will be on April 23, 12-12:20pm! A flyer with parent guidelines was sent home the week before we went on Spring Break. We look forward to enjoying a wonderful lunch with you!

Lockdown Drill - We will conduct a lockdown drill on April 24 at 9:50 am. These drills help ensure the safety of our school community by allowing students and staff to practice emergency procedures. Teachers will guide students calmly, just like a fire drill. You can support by reminding your child that these drills are about staying prepared and keeping everyone safe. Thank you for helping us prioritize safety!

Every Jaguar Counts Rally - Join us for the Every Jaguar Counts Rally on April 25 at 8am! Our teacher vs. students game is Red Light, Green Light and we’ll be dancing to Head, Shoulder, Knees and Toes! It’s going to be a great way to show school spirit and get everyone moving. Don’t miss out on the fun!

Coffee with Cottingham - Join us on April 25 after our Every Jaguar Counts rally for Coffee with Cottingham at 8:30. We look forward to seeing you there!

5th Grade Field Trip BizTown - Our 5th graders will be heading to BizTown on April 25 for a fun and educational experience. Please make sure your child wears comfortable shoes, as they will be on their feet and moving around throughout the day


ASB Spirit Day - Show your spirit and express yourself on Emoji Day! On April 25, join the fun by wearing clothing or accessories featuring your favorite emojis. Let’s see those smiles, sunglasses, hearts, and all the creative ways you can bring emojis to life!

CAASPP Testing: CAASPP testing for students in grades 3 through 5 will take place from May 5th to May 23rd. We kindly ask families to help us by scheduling any medical or other appointments outside of school hours. It is very important that students are present every day during testing.

Attendance Challenge: We're excited to announce our next attendance challenge! Students in grades 3rd-5th who have perfect attendance from April 22 through May 23 will earn a special meet and greet with a BMX performer! This is a fantastic opportunity for students to be rewarded for their commitment to showing up every day and giving their best effort.
