Juniper Families, I hope you had a great weekend with your families! We are looking forward to seeing everyone this week! Just a reminder that there is no school this Friday, Feb. 16 and Monday, Feb. 19. Please take a look at this week’s events.
Valentine’s Day – Classrooms that will be participating in Valentine's Day, can bring valentine cards for their classmates. Families that are participating, please do not include candy with the valentine card, but rather a special message to their classmates. Please message your child’s teacher through Rooms if you have any questions.
Closed Campus – Many parents have asked about our closed campus status. At this time, we are not allowing parents on campus, the only exception is for our State Preschool Program. These parents are required to walk their students to the classroom. They are also allowed to park in the parking lot and enter through the “Kindergarten Gate.” This is an ongoing exception to the closed campus status.
Family Day at Lunch – Our Kindergarteners will have Family Day at Lunch on Wednesday, February 14. Parents and guardians will be able to join their students for lunch during their lunch break. You can purchase a delicious lunch from our Jaguar Cafe (Cash Only), or you can bring an outside meal. The parent guideline information will be sent home as we get closer to the date.
President’s Day – In observance of Presidents’ Day, school will be closed February 16 and February 19.
TK Valentine Activity – Our TK classes will be having a Valentine’s Day activity with parents on February 14, at 10:15.
Fire Drill – We will be having a fire drill on Tuesday February 20 at 10:40. During a fire drill, we practice how to evacuate a building in the event of a fire.
