Friday Morning Assembly – This Friday September 29 we will have our Friday assembly at 8 am. Hope you are able to attend.
ASB – Friday September 29 is Superhero Day. Show your school spirit!
Rooms update – Staying connected with your child’s teacher and school is an essential component of student success. The EUSD mobile app has been updated with new features, including behavior progress and notes from teachers. The app update will also help with users who are having trouble signing in. To ensure that you have the updated version, go to your device’s app store, look up “EUSD Escondido CA,” and click the Update button; if users only see Open, they already have the latest version. Users also may delete and reinstall the app to get the update.
Dental clinics: Community partner Neighborhood Healthcare is bringing its Mobile Dental Services program to Juniper. This community-based oral health initiative provides preventative and early intervention services in community settings like our schools. There is no cost to our students for these services, which may include a complete dental exam, teeth cleaning, fluoride treatment, X-rays, and sealants. If you would like your child to participate, please submit this brief interest form or contact Mercedes Aguilar, Juniper’s Parent Liaison, maguilar@eusd.org
Coffee with Cottingham – On September 29 we will have Coffee with Cottingham at 8:30 in the VPA. All families are welcome to attend. We will be discussing the importance of attendance. Hope to see you there after our Friday assembly!
Make up Picture Day – If your child was absent for picture day, Friday September 29 will be make up picture day.
Parent Teacher Conference – Next week, October 5 and 6 will be parent teacher conferences. Because of this, students will not have school on Thursday and Friday. Teachers have sent out communication to sign up for your conference. Please contact your student’s teacher with any questions.
