Pizza and ice cream parties

Pizza and ice cream parties are a great way to give students a treat for their hard work. Here are some things you need to know before placing the order.

• For pizza parties, please include which type of pizza, for example, pepperoni and cheese.

• For ice cream parties, please note that the kitchen manager will not order the ice cream for the event until the week of.

  • Ice cream orders are subject to change and may have a price variance. Please be prepared for these potential variations. 

Catering

Catering events need a FER (Food event request) form submitted two weeks before the event date. Please understand that any last-minute, evening, or weekend orders may be subject to an additional charge.

Cancellations

It's crucial to note that if catering is canceled within 72 hours of the event date, the hosting organization will be charged for any perishable items ordered or already made. Your timely decisions are greatly appreciated.
