Hello Owls,
Monday is St. Patrick’s Day. If your child wants to wear green that would be great. But please remind them that they cannot pinch people who are not wearing green. We still must keep our hands and feet to ourselves. Thank you for supporting us on this green day!
Monday is also the kickoff to our American Heart Association partnership. We will have an assembly and we hope to raise $1,000. On Friday I sent you a message on how to register for the challenge. Every student who registers before the assembly will get a prize. Go to www.heart.org/schools or download the App on their iPad through SelfService.
The Talent Show was amazing…we have some very talented Owls! Thanks to our PTA for making sure things went so smoothly. Start practicing for next year!
This Friday, March 21, is our next PTA Family Night Out at Chuck E. Cheese on West Valley Parkway. Join us from 3:00 - 9:00 PM and make sure to show them the flyer or sticker we will give your child on Friday. A portion of the money spent will come back to Orange Glen.
And finally, this Saturday is the smART Festival at the Center for the Arts, Escondido, from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Come see your child’s amazing creations, have some food, and a lot of fun.
