In EUSD, we know that every day counts during the school day and beyond!! We are thrilled to announce the launch of our after-school enrichment programs across our district! With over 450 classes available, students have incredible opportunities to explore their interests and grow their skills. With exciting options like sports, STEM, cooking, dance, theatre, math, reading intervention, and more, there’s something for every student to enjoy! These programs provide hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and support academic success. Check with your school for details on available classes and schedules. We can’t wait to see our students explore their unlimited potential after school.
As we approach the end of the second trimester, we ask that you continue to encourage your students to come to school every day, ready to learn! Our EUSD staff are committed to supporting your students so they can end the trimester strong. The second trimester concludes on February 28, and report cards will be issued Friday, March 7.
Mason Balderas, Felicita's 3rd-grade student, was among five students nationwide who won tickets to Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans. This opportunity was part of a collaboration between the American Heart Association and the National Football League, aiming to promote Hands-Only CPR education in schools. Mason attended the game with his mother, celebrating his achievement and the importance of CPR education. His school, along with the other winners, received a $10,000 grant for physical activity equipment, further supporting health and wellness initiatives.
