Dual Language Immersion Program

In a global society, the ability to speak more than one language is essential for our future leaders. That’s why EUSD is pleased to offer the Dual Language Immersion Program at four elementary schools: Farr Avenue, Glen View, Lincoln, and Pioneer.

In addition, students may continue on their pathway to biliteracy at Mission Middle School. Beginning in fall 2019, the Dual Language Immersion Program will be offered at Mission for students who meet the criteria. These students will take their Social Studies class in Spanish, and an elective of Spanish Literacy that includes reading Spanish literature and writing essays in Spanish.
