The Dairy Council of California presented an assembly for all students today. We learned about cows and met Cinnamon, a beautiful 5-year-old Jersey cow. Thanks to teacher, Mrs. Peralta, for organizing this assembly. Can your child tell you how much Cinnamon weighs? What do we call a baby girl cow? A baby boy cow? How much milk can a cow produce in one day?
