Costume Parade This Thursday

Students are invited to wear costumes to school on Thursday, October 31 and parents are invited to come and watch a costume parade that will begin at 8:10 (more details about that coming next week).

Please ensure that costumes do not include weapons, full face masks, blood, or gore (Costumes should be appropriate for 4 year olds!). Also, please send a change of clothes to school so that your child can change out of his/her costume following the parade.

For those families who do not want their child to participate in the Costume Parade, please know that students will change out of their costumes following the parade so please feel free to bring your child to school after 8:30.

Costume Parade Route 

Students will be walking up the fire lane towards the main playground area and will walk around the blacktop to a student dance area. Parents can line up around the perimeter of the route to take photos and video.

Students will walk down the main hallway, turn left in front of Room 8, then left after Room 8, walk up the fire lane towards the blacktop, take a left after Room 47, turn right in front of the lunch tables, turn right at the tetherballs, turn right by the ball wall, turn right at the second basketball court, turn right at the end of the basketball court and turn right to go into the dance area.

At the conclusion of the parade, there will be a special dance and then classes will gather for group photos.
