The Escondido Union School District is planning for the next school year and beyond with the development of our new, three-year Local Control and Accountability Plan, known as the LCAP.

We are seeking your input via the interactive platform Thoughtexchange to help inform the LCAP, a blueprint tied to state funding that describes how our schools support the success of all students. This feedback from all stakeholders – parents and guardians, community members, and employees – helps district and school administrators identify local needs and spending priorities.

This Thoughtexchange is open now and will be available through March 5. Participate in the Thoughtexchange here, and follow the discussion focused on this guiding question: What are the most important services and programs that EUSD should prioritize as we support all students over the next three years?

The Thoughtexchange platform gives all stakeholders an opportunity to share their thoughts, and to view and comment on the thoughts of others. We encourage you to return to the Thoughtexchange frequently to rate new ideas. Your feedback is essential and will help the district improve programs and services to our students, families, and employees.

We look forward to your ideas that support our academic achievement and district goals, highlight areas of improvement, and help us set future goals. Your input is a critical part of our focus on priorities in support of student success, and we appreciate your participation.
